Sec. 6-206. Unlawful Acts.
13 (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any retail marijuana establishment in
14 the city without a license duly issued therefor by the state licensing authority under the
15 Colorado Retail Marijuana Code and compliance with any and all applicable state laws.
17 (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any retail marijuana establishment in
18 the city without a license duly issued therefor by the director under this article V and
19 compliance with any and all applicable city laws.
20 (c) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any form of business or commerce
21 involving the cultivation, processing, manufacturing, storage, sale, distribution or
22 consumption of marijuana other than those forms of businesses and commerce that are
23 expressly contemplated by section 16 of article XVIII of the Colorado Constitution, the
24 Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, or the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code.
25 (d) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell marijuana or marijuana products at a
26 licensed retail marijuana store at any time other than between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
27 and 7:00 p.m. daily.
